Due to its location on the throttle body, this plug is exposed to constant engine vibration and heat soak, which eventually causes the locking tab to snap. This kit allows you to completely refresh the connection, ensuring the ECU and throttle motor stay in perfect sync for crisp, reliable throttle response.

Installation

• Crimp Tool: DBW systems are extremely sensitive to voltage drops and signal noise. We strongly recommend using the Sargent 1026CT crimp tool to ensure a professional, gas-tight connection that won't fail under vibration.
