Returns & Exchanges: Getting it Right
We’re enthusiasts, not a faceless corporation. We want your build to succeed. Because we specialize in precision-sourced mechanical parts, our return policy is built on technical accuracy.

Our Mistake? We Fix It: If we sent the wrong part or the fitment advice we gave you was off, we will swap it out or refund you 100% at our expense. No stress, no arguments.

Change of Mind: Because 70% of our catalog is ordered specifically for your VIN from Japan, we cannot offer "change of mind" returns on Special Order items. Once that order leaves Japan, it’s yours.

In-Stock Returns: For items we keep in local stock, we offer a 14-day return window. The part must be in its unopened, original Subaru packaging. (Once that bag is ripped, it’s considered a used part in the specialist world!)

The Afterpay/Merchant Fee Note: Like many small Aussie businesses, we don’t get our merchant fees back when you cancel an order. If you cancel a "Change of Mind" order before it ships, we refund the full amount minus the 6% transaction fee.
