JZ / UZ / 3SGE High-Temp Knock Sensor Connector Kit

If you’re pulling your intake manifold and your knock sensor connector just crumbled into pieces, you aren't alone. Decades of engine bay heat make these factory connectors incredibly brittle. This 090II Sealed Series kit is the professional fix, allowing you to depin your harness and click in a brand-new, heat-resistant housing that actually locks into place.

This is a single-pin, high-retention connector designed specifically for the heavy vibration environment of a knock sensor.

Compatibility & Fitment

This connector features the wide keyway on the left side (when looking into the face of the connector).

• Confirmed Fitment: 1JZ, 2JZ, 1UZ-FE, 2UZ-FE, and 3SGE engines.

• Cross Reference: Toyota 90980-11166.

• Important Note: Please check your existing sensor. If you need the inverse (right-side) keying, you will need part number 090II-1S-2 instead.

Installation

• Crimp Tool: To ensure a solid signal and avoid "phantom" knock readings caused by poor connections, we recommend using the Sargent 1026CT crimp tool.
