The Fuji Racing Thermostatic Oil adaptor is a lightweight, high-flow sandwich plate made from 6061 aluminium. The in-built thermostat allows a faster warm up by closing off the oil cooler. Once the oil temperature reaches 82c the thermostat opens the channel to the oil cooler. This offers great oil system protection in colder conditions. This kit is made specifically for the Subaru EJ Engine. The plate allows oil cooling hoses to run up the front of the engine and under the headlight. By using either a 45 or 90 fitting off the plate you use the shortest hose route. This runs hoses away from the exhaust manifold improve cooling.
