Official Rules

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants must be 18 years or older. 1.2 The competition is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are customers of Roo Racing.

2. Entry Process

2.1 Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is unique. 2.2 Entries must include photos or videos featuring the participant’s car and the Roo Racing product purchased. 2.3 Participants must use the hashtag #RooRacing and/or tag the Instagram account @RooRacingAu in their posts.

3. Prize Details

3.1 Each month, one winner will receive a $50 prepaid credit card. 3.2 The prize will be delivered via Aus Post. 3.3 The prepaid credit card is subject to its terms and conditions.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 The winner will be selected through a random draw. 4.2 The winner will be announced on the Roo Racing Instagram account and contacted via Instagram messaging.

5. Publicity Rights

5.1 By participating in the competition, entrants agree to allow Roo Racing to use their submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

6. Entry Requirements

6.1 Entries must not contain offensive content. Images must be clear and show the product effectively.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 All disputes will be addressed and resolved by Roo Racing.

8. Changes and Cancellations

8.1 Roo Racing reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.

9. No Purchase Necessary

9.1 Entry is open to all Roo Racing customers, including those who purchased from Roo Racing after January 1, 2024, and new customers moving forward.

1.1 Roo Racing will temporarily collect participants' Instagram handles. Standard privacy policies apply to purchasing and fulfillment contact information.

2. Data Use

2.1 The collected data will be used to identify the content creator, contact the prize winner, and facilitate prize delivery.

4.1 Collected data will be stored securely within Roo Racing’s systems.

5. Participant Consent

6. Data Retention

6.1 Data related to competition entries will be retained until the next prize draw.

7. Data Access and Deletion

7.1 Participants can request deletion of their data by contacting Roo Racing at info@rooracing.au.

8.1 Roo Racing's competition complies with all relevant regulations regarding children's privacy.

Additional Information

  • The competition runs continuously, with a winner drawn on the first Monday of each month.
  • Entries are valid from the time of purchase and will be eligible for the draw up until the next prize is awarded.
